Talk to Ent Specialist on Tinnitus Spike After Mri

Assalam U alikum, I was hoping you could help me out with something. I've had tinnitus for 2.5 years now which was noise induced by my Headphones. It's very mild such that it gets masked by a ceiling fan or the hum of a refrigerator. Recently, I had a free of cost MRI in Evercare hospital for a sperate problem under Wapda Hospitals recommendation. I had no idea that MRI machine produce such high decibels of sound and the hearing protection they gave me was extremely inadequate. I've noticed that my tinnitus spiked after that 20-25 minute MRI. It's been more than 20 days and it still hasn't returned to baseline. Is there anything you can recommend I do or any medication that could alleviate the situation. Id really appreciate it.
