afshan batool sir I have tongue tie ..I can't easily pronounce words starting with R & L...I loose confidence due these two letters that affect my whole the solution of this problem?
a small 5 mins operation can release tongue tie but you need to be examined by an ENT consultant to confirm diagnosis..
You better consult some ENT Specialist for detailed examination. Sometimes just release of tongue ties is not the answer of speach issues.
