my mother has severe vertigo problem when she moves her head or lye down on bed
Do some neck exercises after physiotherapist advice for it , use Tab Serc 16 mg twice daily check BP & blood Sugar level

. some of them can be ENT related some are not. While vertigo imduced by head movements may be ent related, we still need to take thourogh history and do some clinical tests to find out. I suggest you see ENT consultant to get optimal management plan.
This seems benign condition and peripheral ...which is not dangerous ...can be treated with simple measures and only danger is can cause fall in old people ..
