Aoa sir Mera Kuch time phly appendix ka operate hova tha operation k 2 din bad Meri voice band hogi due to anesthesia and 4 din tak Meri awaz bnd rhi totally fir thori sai hogi but osk bad SA Meri awaz double niklti I mean when I try to speak I sound like cracked or double and not this but ears are also block . Many local checkup karvya to osk bad sai hogi but after 3 days I become again like that double and something jab bulna ki koshish karo to phly word pa voice e nai nikalti so I think it something else I recently using homeopathic medicine still no improvement and I have to speak louder but it feels shameful because of voice and even when I speak my throat and ears both hurt I can't drink cold water
