Talk to Ent Specialist on Voice Cracked And Ears Blocked

I had appendix removal operation about 5 months ago but after 2 day from operation I lost my voice for 4 days straight I can't even speak a single word after 4 days I start speak and have cracked and doubled voice but since that the voice is same I checked up from local and use medicine my voice become good and sound good but then again after 5 days it becomes again cracked and double since then I thought it would heal but I didn't and now I ma using homeopathic medicine but this don't work too and whenever I speak it's make me shameful and when I speak my ears hurts too and they are blocked I can't speak politely and neither louder so is there any special reason I already checked from many doctor but it's not worked
