Talk to Ent Specialist on White Spots On Tongue

For almost 2 months I found this little spots, it Started to be only 1, now they are 3. They are painless, but dont go away when brushed, yet the first one almost when unnoticeble, but came back 2 weeks later. Should I be worried if its something more serious?
