Talk to Ent Surgeon on Chronic Nasal Blockage And Nasal Septal Perforation

I had 4 operation for relief nasal blockage after operation got more complications example after first operation got Nasal septal perforation, stars dryness then whistle sound can’t sleep, in last operation plastic strip fitted in nasal septum after 8 year now I can’t speak easily starts stamping, some people called your case now can only handle plastic Surgeon or some people advice show ENT surgeon I don’t think so without surgery this problem will be solve, I can’t afford more surgery I have request give me advice where I go and who’s gonna fix this problem
