Talk to Ent Surgeon on Neurological Issue Of Vertigo And Mind Muscle Weakness

Aoa due to accident in august 2016 i got head injury and dr said some tissue may be damaged but no serious issue happened. but after that i have continuous headache on left side(hit side) and my left eye sight is also reduced with the passage of time. a year ago, i visited a specialist he said it is vascular issue that the veins are narrowed and do not supply blood properly. he suggested luner 5mg for 3 months and it got better but now i am having again the vertigo issue, mild headache, mood issue, fatigue in head neck shoulder muscles and left eye muscle issue as can't focus and luner is not helping me out. my job is on computer so screen time is very much all day. please advice.
