I hear a voice in my ears I have got audiometry test done but my earrings are all right. I have had a lot of ENT specialists checked but I am not comfortable. I hear a voice as if something is blowing the air like souuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu seeeeeeeeeeeeeee etc. And my second issue is that I have a lot of nosebleeds that cause mucus to grow. .Please keep my nose closed often ..

I have checked a lot of ENT Specialists your nose was also checked, some people said that your nose bone is crooked but some doctor said that your nose bone is not the issue.
