Talk to Ent Specialist on ENT Experts' Opinion Required For Chronic Sinus

I need to ask Doctors (Specially ENT Specialists) who have experience and expertise in healing Chronic Sinusitis

1- Can a chronic sinus be cured permanently???

2- In which condition of chronic sinus, patient is suggested Surgery/operation?

3- Can my choronic sinus with severe symptoms (mentioned below) be cured permanently in Allopathic treatment?

My symptoms and basic details;

I am a female, age 30

I have a chronic sinusitis from past almost 8 years (since 2011 I guess),

My symptoms are severe. Srdi jase hi start hoti hai mera hashar hojata hai.... sinus area me inflammation k sath constant fever and excreation sari throat me hoti hai to painful throat swelling has become a normal routine for me.

In extreme conditions of sinus and even in normal seasonal flue I cant even drink water at least first 3 or 4 days... no matter if it's summar or winter.

After 5 years of homepathic treatment I got 90% better but medicine chorhne k 1 year again came back with full swing
