I don't feels any pain, my one nostril is constantly blocked and the other one opens and closes. Should I be concerned about then spreading to my brain?
Constant blockage of one side of nose without any other symptom means you probably have Deflected Nasal Septum. Please consult nearest ENT surgeon for evaluation and surgery.
