Assalam o Alaikum, my left ear piercing gets infected again and again I got my ears pierced in childhood, but the left one often got infected, so I only wore jewellery in it occasionally. Then recently both my ear piercings closed, so 2 weeks ago I got new piercings done slightly lower than the previous ones. Initially pus came out of both, but when I cleaned them with warm saline for a few days, it got better, and I stopped cleaning. The right one is fine now, but left one is infected again and its painful. I applied pyodine and coconut oil to no avail. I also rinsed it with warm saline, but I'm afraid it'll heal for a while and then get infected again. So what should I do?
ist remove this jewelry,for 2weeks, also try=fucicort cream twice
tab klaricid 250mg twice
tab brexin twice
tab atarax 10mg at night
for 1 week
Is the jewelery pure gold??avoid heavy wight jewelery instead wear very light tops in gold or silver.. apply pyodine and apply polyfax. Go through my profile to get acknowledged for details

Good. And if pus like liquid and redness still exists.. Take tab Danzen DS one tab twice aday for 5 days along with the above mentioned steps

Please don't wear any imitation jewellery.
Fucicort or glorified cream application after cleaning twice daily should help
