Talk to Ent Specialist on Lump In Neck And Behind Ear

i have small lump in my neck under jaw for more than 10 years and one lump behind my ear also for more than 10 years. the lump behind ear is on the bone and hard and immovable. but neither of the lumps have caused any pain discomfort or swelling during these years. they are also of the same size and havent changed size for as long as they have been there. i also dont have any other symptom as such. i got them checked from an ENT and he said dont worry they are nothing of concern as they have been there for many years. so you are just fine. but i am a little worried. are they non cancerous if they have been present for a long time and havent caused any problem yet or havent enlarged in size?
