Jab kuch garam ya spicy food khaun tou tongue k middle me cuts par jatay hain aur bht garam lgnay se chotay chalay ho jatay hain 2-4 days k lye. Phlay kbhi chalay nhi hotay thay. kafi months phlay vitamin C ki tablet rakhi thi tongue k middle me tou cuts par gae thay aur blood b nikla tha.
please help me k ye problem kaisay sahi hogi? sath hi proper oral care ka bataeye

Sometimes my tongue appears to have that thrush condition after having any meal. I brush it twice so that it becomes clean. Sometimes I brush my tongue in the morning and have egg in breakfast, then white/yellowish lining is built up on tongue.
