Talk to Ent Specialist on Nose Dryness

I have nose picking problem since childhood. I feel the urge to pick my nose every hour or two. I feel dyness, and mucus developing in my nose if I dont pick I dont touch my nose, mucus develops which makes me frustrated. Then I feel if I dont wash or pick it, I wont be able to breathe. Please tell how do I overcome this issue? I try applying vaseline and washing but its not possible everytime. I feel too much mucus develops in my nose
