Its almost 3 weeks I had sore throat n light cough but gale me dard tha... painful sore throat...dr prescribed antibiotics for 5 days along with anti allergy n cough syrup (expectorant+ mucus thinner) nose was also blocked but no flu....i was better after the course finished but for 3 days again having painful throat especially at the back of tongue...n both ears too...may b swelling of tonsils...neck pe opar domo side pe press krne se kafi pain hy...help Plz tell medicine Thanks
repeat previous prescription for 5 more days or consult to ent specialist again
You need to take panadol 2 tabs three times a day and use protect m/wash three times a day and go for a detailed checkup
Since 3 weeks you are suffering from pain in throat. I need to check you before making any diagnosis or devising treatment plan.

symptoms which you are referring are mostly due to acute pharyngitis mostly it is viral but can be bacterial that needs to be treated by antibiotics.
but as you are also complaining of nasal blockage so some times pharyngitis is also assoc with Rhinitis, which we call it Rhinopharyngitis.
I will suggest you to treat your nose along with throat.
As for as treatment is concerned, i will suggest you to consult online, so that complete but thorough history to ve taken and treatment to be prescribed.
