Talk to Ent Specialist on Soar Throat, Throat Infection

my mum caught cold & had a mild fever 99-100 around 3 days back, runny nose, sore throat, body aches all went away except the sore throat and slight clogged nose. she is a diabetic and hypertensive patient also taking meds for thyroids. Also please note that ehe us sensitive to antibiotics. she is feeling extreme pain in swallowing foods and pain in the throat area on pressing from outside. (righter part) kindly guide us what can be done to relive her pain, because we are avoiding visiting hospitals due to covid spread.. please prescribe any possible medicine for her. thanks in anticipation & obliged.
