my brother is unable to speak and hear he was ok before when he was 9 months older then he suffer typhoid and a dr give him medicine which react then he loss hi hearing abilitey we consult many doctors up to 2007 now he is 21 year old i am to much worried about him any one help me that there is new treatment like i hear about operation how much it costs.........?
