I am a house wife. I have a problem of headache not in particular area of head. Have heavines on right side of brain. Heaviness is associated with pain in ear and throat that radiates to inner side of brain. Severe heaviness and pain leads to vertigo and loss of balance and bayjaan hath paon. I feel numbness of head at night when sleep in same position for long time. Mostly pain and heaviness is at night. Please tell the reasons and suggestions to overcome it. No bp issue and cbc is normal
