Asking For Self, Female, 24 Years old, lahore
I am experiencing a black dot in my left eye, similar to an ink spot. It moves when i shift my gaze, and I notice it more against bright backgrounds. I would like to understand if this is normal or if it requires medical attention. There is no pain, but I want to ensure it's not a sign of an underlying issue like a retinal problem. Since I am consulting online, please let me know what steps I should take or if I need an in-person examination. Looking forward to your advice.

What are the reasons behind it. I do have weak eyesight -1 both eyes from past 3 years or so. This dot in my left eye is what I am seeing from past 3-4 months now. Could you please help me find out what caused this issue.
