Dry Eyes Issue

Question

I got the eye infection in may 2024 and since then my eyes itch a lot.
I experience extreme irritation,dryness and redness. Also a mucous fish kind of thing forms in my eyes and my eyelids also get crusty with flakes.
I visited alot of drs and tried FML and softeal drops. 
Recently one dr advised me prefrin-a and artelac advanced drops as he said I have an allergy with something that is unknown. I used the prescription for a few weeks but my condition is still the same, I went to LRBT, they said that my eyes are completely fine and don&rsquo;t need any medicine, they just prescribed tears natural which I can&rsquo;t find anywhere in Karachi. 
I want to ask what can be a substitute to tears natural and how else can I treat my itchy and dry eyes.
