Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Related

Assalamualaikum, my name is Shazam, I'm a 23 years old male . My query is that almost 10 days ago my Right eye swelled up and my conjenctiva was fully red like in the image i uploaded, i use some home remedies and some eye drops , have a check up from a local doctor and he said that you have some viral infection so he gave me methachlor eye drops to use, I checked YouTube , Google,chatgpt everything and use all of the remedies they told me . After 6-7 days my eye's swelling and redness reduce but not completely vanished till then i have a little swelling in my upper and lower eyelid towards the nose side. I'm very tensed about my eye my family members told me that my eye looks shorter than the other one and i also feel that my eye is looking small . sometime I feels like my eye muscles are twitching.... Needs a serious suggestion and solution also. Thank you.. (second image is from today)
