Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Swollen

Dr. as you can see, since it's been more than a month that my eye is swollen like this! No pain or any burning, just stuck there. Meds used Lcyn 500mg (recommended by a doc) for more than a week but didn't worked then used velocef 500mg (also recommended by a doc) didn't worked either, kindly provide a med included solution please...
