Talk to Eye Specialist on Itchy And Red And Swollen Eye

For last two days my left eye is very itchy.
It’s also swollen a little and the white area is red.
Attached picture. Can you please check what it is and the cause of it?
Also please advise how to get relief from it.

its treatment is ofloxixine eyedrops three times a day, in addition to this tear plus drops 2 times per day!
