Not Able To See In Sunlight.

Question

My 2 Children have serious eye issues. 10-year-old girl is not able to see in outdoors/Sun light, but can see indoors and artificial light but has difficulty to see small objects and differentiating in colors. 
My new born is just 3 months old, but he is not able to make eye contact. Sometime his eyes move downward. Is there any doctor in your hospital who to treat them. I am very worried about them... Kindly suggest me some doctors. Thanks.

If your child is facing difficulty in seeing while he / she outdoor, it can be severe photophobia / light sensitivity...or can have some underlying cases for such condition.
if your child closes the eye in sunlight or bright light it can be Blepharospasm.
and it may relate to some other conditions....you need to visit some good eye specialists, if you want to discuss it more, book an appointment

your children has have some problem related to eyes ,your quarry shows that the problem is may be caused by , malnutrition during pregnancy ,or inherited or deficiency of essential vitamins , protein i suggest you to visit to an ophthalmologist he or she will find the right solution
