Talk to Eye Specialist on Problem In Vision, History Of Diabetes

My sugar levels are normal from last 1 Month (100 in morning and 120 before dinnee) , but i still have problem with my eyesight, doctors aren't helping they are saying all your tests are fine, its just tear deficiency because you are using computer more than 14 hours daily. They gave me drops i'm using those drops from last 1 Month but it isn't helping. My vision is 6/6, but sometimes i wear glasses of 0.25 which helps me slightly but i feel headache so i don't usually wear them.

1) I see white floaters when i go to sun light.

2) Sometimes i see blury and when i close & open my eyes again i see clear.

3) i'm feeling more problem in my left eye corner. It feels like all the light is going to left eye corner,

4) if i use phone/computer for more than 1 hour i feel uncomfortable,

5) sometimes when i'n laying down and i stand up i see black and my head spins but this happens for only few seconds.

I'm not sure if this is because of diabetes or some eye problem, i have minor EDIMA in
