Talk to Eye Specialist on Pterygium

Assalamu Alaikum Sir, about eight months ago, I had a pimple in my eye that would stick out when I blinked. When I got checked by an eye specialist, he gave me some drops that stopped the sticking and watery discharge, but the scar remained behind. When I got checked by the doctor again, he said that this scar will remain with you for life. My eye sight is weak. When I just went for femtolask, that is, to get my glasses removed, he said that it is a nail, first it will have to be removed. Please help me how can i remove this?.
