All you need is to improve your lifestyle. As you are having exposure outside and in the sun obviously, you must need to protect your eye against harmful rays. if you can use sunglasses, it will be helpful.
Secondly improve eye hygiene as much as you can. do avoid touching and rubbing your eyes again and again.
Start using eye lubricants (for around 2 weeks), and do let me know if it works.
Else than this it will be an even better option, to visit some nearby eye physician, wo he/she can check the exact status of your eye condition
