use nebra / bromycine e/ ointment twice a day and cont. the massage and wash his eye with lukewarm water (neem gram) firstly boil the water when it becomes lukewarm then dip a cotton in it and wash his lids with it.

and use following medicine
blephamide eye drops
1+1+1
blephamide eye ointment
at night
both for a week or maximum 10 days...
if not get normal than we have to fo culture test
