Diet is fine. But I've recently completed my 18 months ATT course for spinal TB. Screen exposure is not excessive.

Eye muscle twitching, also known as myokymia, is a common and usually benign condition that affects the eyelids, often presenting as a twitch or spasm. Since you've been experiencing this for three months, it’s advisable to consider a few factors before reaching a conclusion. Below are some points to consider:
Possible Causes
Stress and Fatigue: Increased stress and lack of sleep can lead to muscle spasms.
Caffeine Intake: High consumption of caffeine can contribute to eyelid twitching.
Eye Strain: Prolonged screen time or uncorrected vision issues can lead to eye fatigue.
Nutritional Deficiencies: Lack of certain nutrients, particularly magnesium, can lead to muscle spasms.
Allergies or Dry Eyes: These can lead to irritation and twitching.
Underlying Medical Conditions: Rarely, conditions such as blepharospasm or hemifacial spasm could be involved.
Indications for Further Evaluation
If the twitching persists or worsens.
If it is accompanied by other symptoms such as eye redness, swelling, or discharge.
If there are changes in vision.
If you notice twitching in other parts of your face or body.
Treatment Options
Lifestyle Modifications: Reducing caffeine intake, managing stress, ensuring adequate sleep, and taking regular breaks from screens.
Hydration and Nutrition: Ensuring adequate hydration and balanced nutrition can help.
Warm Compresses: Applying a warm compress can sometimes soothe the area.
Consultation: If symptoms persist, consider seeing an ophthalmologist or neurologist for a thorough evaluation.
Contraindications
There are no specific contraindications for just twitching unless a particular treatment is initiated based on the underlying cause.
Side Effects and Adverse Reactions
Since twitching is often benign, there are typically no medications required unless an underlying cause is identified. If prescribed medications for any underlying condition, be aware of potential side effects of those specific drugs.
