Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdominal Pain

I have a lot of pain in my abdomen, even a little something I eat gives me pain in the abdominal region, then I have to go to the washroom, otherwise I don't feel okay. I also can't go to the toilet properly.Sometimes it result in diarrhea. What could be the reason for this?
