acidity or acid Reflux can be due to the many reasons.
and the treatment depending up on the cause.

smoking.
eating large meals.
spicy foods.
bacteria in the stomach name H pylori.
High-fat foods. Fried and fatty foods , allowing more stomach acid to back up into the esophagus. .
you may need to have a camera test done to see what is the issue.
