i feel so much acidity in my stomach and our family Dr. also told me ur stomach is producing so much stomach. what should i do? either medicine or care ?

acidity or acid Reflux can be due to the many reasons.

High-fat foods. Fried and fatty foods , allowing more stomach acid to back up into the esophagus. .
