I’m a 19 yr old female, & due to constipation I got some tiny anal fissure that won’t go away, as i used to get them before too but they would heal on their own, but this time this isn’t going away. GTN ointment + Lignocaine gel... twice daily for 1 month
Sitz bath twice daily
take fibre diet. increase water intake 6 to 8 glaas daily
if no recovery after 1 month then go for surgery
