Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Fissure
Asking for Self, Male, 43 years old, Karachi
As'Salamo Alikum, I feel a cut "wound" during passing the stool which is very painful. I googled it & found its an anal fissure. I don't have a constipation but stool is little hard at beginning. I have an acidity problem but not frequent & also have mouth ulcer "very common". Kindly suggest me the good ointment or gel.
