Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Fissure And Back Pain

I am getting blood while I passed stool since 2016 and getting almost fresh blood but in December 2021 I came back from Somalia and i visit MBBS doctor and consult but that time unfortunately I was might be having constipation and I when I was passing stool then i was having doubt that might be blood will come and unfortunately I was putting more and more pressure like abnormal pressure to pass out the stool but that time I was getting another type of blood it was thick (ghara not like water) and when I consult my doctor and show the blood picture then he referred me another doctor for videoscopy i went to the doctor and when they were doing video scopy then might be the put the camera they said you have Anal Fissure and when they put the camera more deep like maybe 6 to 10 Inches deep or more then they show me a curve or the rectum vane was showing bend and infront of then bend there was a small cut then doctor told me that blood came from there i was worried about bend shape I asked
