Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Fissure Causing Pain No Blood

Hi Doctors! I am having pain in my anal area when I pass stool and it last for a few hours or sometimes not much but I am sick of it and want to get rid of this through proper medication I visited a doctor but I don't think it is making it better so I need expert doctors advice. This is 2nd time I am facing this problem there is no blood I only feel pain when passing stool. It will be helpful if you can suggest some medications that can help me to get better. Thanks
