I've been experiencing a persistent issue for about a year, characterized by continuous diarrhea and blood in my stool, as well as rectal bleeding. However, I don't have any pain or itching in the anal region, and I don't have constipation. I've undergone several tests, including an abdominal ultrasound, which revealed a mild fatty liver, but everything else appeared normal.
