Talk to Gastroenterologist on Breasts Pain, Stomach Burning Sensation And Chest Wall/sternum/thorax Pain

It's been almost more than one week I'm feeling pain in both of my breasts. The pain also radiates towards armpits, ribs, back muscles, abdomen and chest wall including sternum region. Stomach acidity ka bi issue hai kch bi khany sy chest wall sy abdomen tk burning sensation hoti hai jis sy breasts mai mazeed pain hoti hai. Isky elawa mjy back pain ka bi issue hai or back+shoulder muscles mai khichao bi from quite a long time. Pcos diagnose hua tha two weeks ago in doppler ultrasound. Usky liye I'm taking mefoplus and some other multivitamins recommended by a gynaecologist. But ab lock down ki wjha sy sb band hai tu I can't physically go and see a doctor. Kindly help me. Thanks.
