Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation

I have been facing constipation issue since 4 months. after giving birth to baby I'm facing problem in passing stool. it's hard and darkish. sometimes blood comes too. I have used duph**c syrup ,sik**x drops ,f**bo sachet but nothing is working for me to get rid of it. test for occult blood in stool was negative. my weight is also increasing.
