Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation

I have constipation on amd off from my childhood , but problem was never worse . During my intermediate exams , suddenly I developed Hemorrhoids , bleeding , pain amd swelling,lump . After 2 months with dafflon , duphalac and ispaghol the things vet managed and for two years everything was normal like no bleeding swelling etc . Now from past two months I have swelling on amd off specially when i pass hard stool . But no bleeding however pain and burning . I use some creams , ate dafflon took duphalac , danzen and ispaghol but nothing works . I pass stool daily twice a day . In morning it is hard in start amd then normal soft stool and in evening from past 3 4 days i am having extremely hard stool with feeling of fulness in rectum . Anal swelling is there . Plz guide what should i do . What is the treatment. This is so disturbing and depressing situation for me. Note that there is no major change in my diet, life style etc during past two months.
