Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation, Blood In Stool, A Little Blood From Thorat

I have IBS, sometimes it's diarrhea but mostly constipation and hard stool. Last month I suffered from extreme diarrhea and got a few drips and injections and since then I am not able to pass the stool properly. I take stool softeners and without it, it becomes difficult to pass it. Sometimes blood is also there with it. Passing hard stool also trigger fissures. For the past few days, i have a taste of blood in my mouth and today I noticed that it is coming from my throat, not all the time but if I spit, a little amount of blood is there
