I have been suffering from constipation for some time. I usually have difficulty passing stool, and my bowel movements are not regular. Sometimes I feel hard stools and need to strain during passing stool. I also experience abdominal discomfort, bloating, and heaviness in my stomach, especially after meals. This issue is affecting my daily routine and causing uneasiness. I have tried increasing water intake and adjusting my diet slightly, but the problem still persists.
