Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation With Blood

I am having on and off constipation from like 2 years .whenever my water intake decreases my constipation worsens( like it has gone toh that stage that i hadn't gone to washroom for whole 1 week bcz of dehydration but it was improved upon water intake). And even with more water intake i pass stool for once in 2 days . And now from last 2 times, i am passing very very hard stools that while passing it feels like tearing through my anal canal. And after passing stool there is bright red blood with stool guide me about it.
