Talk to Gastroenterologist on Digestive Issue/ Fatigue

Salam, Since 2 yrs after a series of surgeries for anal fistula, i am getting bloating, lot of gas, smelly fart, fatty stool (1BM/day), on/off pain on the right side of navel(especially after bowel movement), hair loss, rash(no itching) appear on the right thigh every night and disappear in the morning.

I lost weight from 73kg to 63kg from (Jan 2019 - Oct 2020) Now I gain it again (Current weight 72 kg)

Have done below Tests in the past:

1- CT Scan (August 2019) Result: Mild hepatomegaly (Liver size 170) 2- Colonscopy (September 2019) Result: Normal 3- ESR, CRP, Serum Elastase, Amylase and lipase, CBC, INR, IGA ABS, LFTs, IGA immuglobin, Blood Sugar, TSH, Cholestrol (All normal) 4- Calprotectin, Regular Stool Analysis, Occult Blood ( All normal) 5- Hepatitis B & C (November 2020) Result: (Non- Reactive) 6- Abdomen Ultrasound (Repeating every 3 month) Result: Normal
