I am a diabetic patient and currently experiencing severe gas issues. My stomach bloats, I pass excessive gas, have foul-smelling burps, and also suffer from loose motions. Previously, doctors prescribed me Vocinity, Anafortan, Spasrid, and Risek 40. In the past, due to stomach-related problems, I was also advised ITP OT and Desktop 60 mg. Kindly advise what might be causing these current symptoms and suggest appropriate treatment.

I am taking ERLI XR in morning and and Sita Met 25/1000 in evening. To control sugar level, used insuline for 2 months. HBA1C is now 5.5 , it reduced from 13.4. Fasting now a days is 95~105. And Random 120~130.
