mjhe sar bhari mehsos hota hai like meray sar kay andar kohi cheez ghoom rahi hai aur sar bhari feel hota hai mjhe stomach ka bhi problem hai like jhalan waghera but i want to know that spinning sensation is due to stomach or eye weakness because my eyes were also weak and even i am not wearing glasses ? plz reply
