Talk to Gastroenterologist on Elevated LFT's

Hello, just uploaded my 3 reports. 1st one was done during appendicitis in may 2025, 2nd one was done after strong change of lifestyle and with fruits and vegetables and hydration. 3rd one report is done recently after again self medicated antibiotics used as mentioned on picture. Same antibiotics were used for atleast 1.5 months during 1st report but with more abdominal antibiotics. Now after 1 year as i was progressing, i didn't overlook myself, every day junk food and chest infection antibiotics along abdominal antibiotics, same as mentioned on picture 3, at the end of year 2025, and now following 3rd report my ALT levels. No Yellowing of eyes skin, no fatigue, no loss of appetite, strong appetite, Itchy skin (hives/urticaria) on body, Light Yellow urine, no dark urine, no pale stool, normal stool color, no abdominal discomfort but only sometimes upper right abdomed very very mild pain that goes only upto 3 to 5 mins then stops.

G zrur. Kya yeh koi zyada khtrnl condition to ni hai ? symptoms ni hain koi bhi lekin levels high hain. kahi yeh drug induced hepatitis ya viral hepatitis to ni hai ?

I haven't done for Ultrasound yet, But during my 1st test reports an year ago, I did the ultrasound that was found to be the normal liver size but it was a Fatty Liver at that time. My weight is constant for 82kg (same since 2 year) and height is 6ft. No symptoms at all except itching urticaria.
