Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gas Trapped Issue - 5 Months

Hello, I am facing a Gas Trapped issue from the month of Ramadan, It is like gas is moving from my Stomach to my back side of chest, left or right side, right side of my ribs. When I take a deep breath, I feel like a gas is trapped in my body somewhere, like my stomach, upper right side chest, ribs or upper left back or chest.

I was taking Vonozan 10 mg 2 times a day, Librax 2 times a day and Levoprid 25 mg 2 times a day.

At first, I felt relief from these tablets, but when the doctor dropped the dose, it returned.

The Doctor has changed the tablet to Omega 40mg 1 time a day, but I didn't feel any change. As compared to Omega, I found that Vonozan was much better, but I didn't recover permanently.

Please guide me on what I should do. Should I take antidepressants? Or, what doctor to see?
