Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastric Burping Palpitations Skipped Beats

Hi i am female 31 years weight 90kg i am having gastric issue from sometime had taken ecg echo everything was normal but still i burp a-lot and before that i feel my heart beat is irregular and sometimes there are skipped beats too whenever i pass burp and pass gas i get a relief but after sometimes i starts again the episodes are happening every 2-3 months whenever i take medicines its sorted but i start happening again suddenly i am taking motilum which relaxes a bit and i am able to burp but as it's happening from quite frequent i am getting anxious and fearful that something is wrong i have asthma and nasal muscus too for which i am taking motelukast sodium 10mg daisy 10mg and rhinosine p i have checked up if i panic it gets high but in routine its normal normal sugar too vitamin d b12 all are normal electrolytes test and thyroid was normal too just hs crp was 4.8 should i consult a gastroenterologist psychologist or cardiologist
