Dr Mujahid , I think prothiadine will worsen the constipation issue. It's better to give an alternative

all Respected docters Plz any docter can help me i near die. i got H pylori postive. now i have too much gas in stomach .going toilet again and gain. having pain obdominaln. i dont know which dr can help me

Walaikumusalam. H-pylori don't cause diarrhea or loose stools. Typically cause upper abdomenal pain. I think u need to visit for consultant checkup and proper history
